The African Touch takes pride in ensuring there are no hidden costs. All expenses are listed so you know

  exactly what to budget for. The expenses to be paid are divided into two separate amounts: (1) The Basic

  Tour payment in advance in Canadian dollars; (2) the cash 'Kitty'  Payment brought with you to Africa in US

  funds. The Basic Tour payment includes registration, processing fees, the safari truck and non-personal

  travel expenses, camp cook attendant fees, guiding fees, camping and/or lodge accommodations. The 'kitty

  payment' you bring with you in US dollars includes dedicated costs for food, as well as park and entrance

  fees, and those group activities included in the safari itinerary.

      Not Included :    • Airfares • All taxes and surcharges  pertaining to flights and airports

                            • Personal Insurance  • Personal spending • Visas or other documentation

                              required  • Any meals or services not specifically included • Local gratuities

Process for Booking Your Safari

                               1.     First check the availability of your preferred safari and date by using this  Contact us  e-mail feature.

                                       Give the name of the safari in which you are interested (see Tours menu), including your preferred

                                       date if there is more than one safari option.

                                2.     If the safari is not fully booked, proceed with paying your deposit, or optionally the full amount, by

                                        using the appropriate secure drop-down credit card payment menus below.

                                3.     Confirmation receipts will automatically be sent to you;

                                4.     A 'Welcome' and a full package of preparation materials will be e-mailed to you, or alternately delivered

                                        by postal service.
